As a college lacrosse player, I became acutely aware of the connection between what I ate and my athletic performance. This started my personal journey exploring the world of nutrition and wellness. I developed a passion for cooking and felt inspired by the fact that I could support my health through food. On a professional level, I previously worked with food and restaurant clients at a PR and marketing firm. In telling their brand stories, I learned about sourcing, food systems, and the importance of accessibility to healthy eating. I decided to leave the PR world to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition at NYU. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the science of nutrition and the power of food in disease prevention and management.
Spending time with my family, cooking, and spending time at the beach.
