How did you get into nutrition?

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?

How would you describe your counseling style?

I was looking for a career change. I love all things food, but none of the paths I considered in the industry felt quite right. Because I also enjoy working one on one with people, I considered pursuing social work. Then I stumbled upon the Clinical Nutrition program at NYU. You could call it a lightbulb moment! I immediately applied for the Master’s program and, almost 15 years later, have never looked back. I love helping people better understand their bodies, navigate health obstacles, and brainstorm fun, new recipe ideas. Really, what could be better?

Cooking and baking, listening to music, reading great books that transport me to another place, and having impromptu dance parties with my daughter.

professional history

Prior to joining Culina Health, I worked as a clinical dietitian in New York City hospitals like NYU Langone Health and New York Methodist Hospital for more than eight years.

This is an impossible question to answer. There are too many delicious things in this world to choose just three! I will say my favorite savory food is sushi and my go-to dessert is key lime pie.
