I’d long been dealing with my own health issues, seeing various doctors who prescribed countless medications that never addressed the root cause of my symptoms. When I finally met with a registered dietitian, I instantly learned how eating nourishing food can change one’s health – and life! – for the better. I experienced firsthand that food truly is medicine. My goal is to help patients have the same “aha” moment so they can feel healed for good.
Spending time with family, friends, and my mini Australian Shepherd. Traveling, trying new restaurants in New York City, cooking, and reading are also up there.
Empathetic and collaborative. I’m a natural listener who prioritizes my clients’ needs above all. I aim to work together as a team to create sustainable goals and strategize on behavior changes that will bring true success.
