With sights set on business since she was a little girl, in the early 2000s Robyn landed a position that had her traveling around the world. Though taste-testing international cuisines and frequent flier miles were huge perks, they just weren’t worth the exhaustion and frighteningly high cholesterol levels. After working with a dietitian to regain healthy blood chemistry and learning the profound power of food on everyday life, she was inspired to take a giant leap away from everything she’d known. In 2008, she chose to dive into clinical nutrition in order to help others regain their own definition of health. 

Robyn has her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, and is certified in Adult Weight Management (Levels I & II) by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her work in private practice also includes treatment of cardiac disease and its prevention, GI disorders, PCOS, Thyroid disorders, family nutrition, and consulting in schools around NJ and NYC offering the benefit of her expertise in food for children. Over the years, her passion has become engaging with her clients and learning what makes them “tick” in order to help them set individual and realistic goals to ensure successful outcomes. 

A Jersey girl through and through, Robyn lives in northern NJ with her super patient husband, preteen daughter, still-fun-loving son, and their crazy dog. When she isn’t on the ski slopes with her gang, she can be found embarrassing her kids while trying to learn TikToks, or perfecting her Gram's already perfect hummus recipe. Regardless of what she’s cooking up, her nutrition tips always yield something that is heart healthy and nutrient dense for maximum benefit.
