I grew up in an active and healthy household, and I learned how what I ate affected how I felt. I always loved science, and nutrition was able to combine my passion for science with helping others feel their best.
education & Training
My counseling style is empathetic, supportive, and motivational. I have an all-foods-fit approach to nutrition, using evidence-based practices to provide realistic and individualized counseling to help my patients develop a healthy and balanced relationship with food.
When I'm not working I enjoy finding new ingredients at the local farmers market and creating new recipes, spending time with my friends and family (which usually involves eating), taking a long walk or run on the West Side Highway, exploring Manhattan and finding new restaurants or bakeries and hopefully stumbling upon some live music too.
