How did you get into nutrition?

What does your ideal day off look like?

How would you describe your counseling style?

I've always been interested in food and nutrition. I grew up in a suburb of London where home cooked meals and family dinners were everything. My love of food led me to study nutrition in college and then begin a career in food quality. After working with various food brands, I decided to pursue a more care-oriented career by studying to become a registered dietitian.

When I had my first child in 2020, I experienced firsthand how challenging it is to keep up a balanced lifestyle alongside the demands of home life and work. I’m now more passionate than ever about helping families find simple ways to lead healthy lives that don’t zap all of their time and energy!

It would have to include a leisurely lunch outside on a sunny day, a great cup of coffee, and time spent with my husband, toddler son, and our bulldog, Watson.

I’d call it collaborative and balanced. As a big fan of NY pizza and doughnuts myself, I’ll never say your favorite foods are off limits. Instead, I’ll help you identify ways to find balance through small but meaningful changes. My goal is to help clients feel their best while still enjoying the foods they love

Takeout fish and chips from a hole-in-the-wall in Cornwall, UK. I fully fit the stereotype of a Brit who loves good fish and chips – with a side of mushy peas, always.

Professional History

Prior to becoming an RD I worked in quality assurance for brands like Siggi's yogurt and Pret A Manger. Thanks to my experience in the food industry, I have in-depth knowledge of food labeling. I love helping clients decode nutrition labels and navigate the (overwhelming!) options at grocery stores.
