Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Instructions
Oven instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add the beans to a large bowl and mash them up with a fork until they reach the consistency of chunky mashed potatoes.
Add the cooked chicken and remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour the dip into a shallow 1-quart baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mixture is heated through.
Serve with veggies like carrots, celery, or whole-grain chips.

If you want a spicier buffalo chicken dip, you can increase the buffalo sauce from ½ cup to ¾ cup.
You can substitute the ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing or omit it entirely!
