Method
- Put the raspberries, blueberries, beet, hemp or flax seeds, honey, lemon juice, yogurt, and 1/4 cup ice-cold water in a blender.
- Blend on low speed, and slowly increase to high speed; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add ice-cold water as needed to thin the smoothie to your desired thickness.
- Serve immediately.
