large bell pepper

ripe avocado
mashed

hummus

crumbled feta or goat cheese

premade pesto
Instructions
Cut a bell pepper into two halves and remove the stem and seeds.
Fill with mashed avocado, hummus, cheese and pesto
Enjoy open faced or smush both halves together and pack up to enjoy on the go.
