Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Servings 1 smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup of raw spinach
  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Top with extra banana slices. Enjoy!
