In a small microwaveable dish, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Microwave at 50% power for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds (will vary depending on microwave), until chips are fully melted. The consistency should be liquid.
In a standing mixer bowl, blender, or food processor, combine all ingredients (including melted chocoolate). Mix/blend on medium high speed until uniform throughout. No visible chunks of avocado should remain.
Top with berries, chocolate chips, or whip cream. Serve immediately or refridgerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
