Gut-Friendly Overnight Oats

oats

of basil seeds
or 1 tablespoon chia seeds

cup
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup milk if using chia seeds

tablespoon
of plain greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

dash of cinnamon
to taste
½
cup
frozen fruit of choice
blueberries, mango, banana, papaya

tablespoon
nut butter of choice
peanut, almond, cashew or sunflower seed butter
Instructions
Combine oats, basil seeds, almond milk, yogurt and cinnamon in a mason jar.
Top with frozen fruit and nut butter
Store in the refrigerator overnight
Enjoy the next day!
