Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole grain toast
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter of choice peanut, cashew, almond, etc.
  • ½ cup fresh fruit mashed banana, berries, etc.
  • ½ tablespoon ground flax or chia optional

Method
 

  1. Combine mashed fruit with chia or flax seeds.
  2. Spread fruit mix and nut butter on bread. Pack up and you’re ready to go!
