nut butter of choice
peanut, cashew, almond, etc.

cup
fresh fruit mashed
banana, berries, etc.

tablespoon
ground flax or chia
optional
Instructions
Combine mashed fruit with chia or flax seeds.
Spread fruit mix and nut butter on bread. Pack up and you’re ready to go!
