About Emily
Culina Health registered dietitian Emily Anderson, RDN, LD, is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and works with patients across the state of Texas. With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and comprehensive clinical residency training at Baylor University Medical Center, Emily came to this field after seeing her sister’s life-threatening illness treated with dietary interventions. In addition to her work with Culina Health, she’s also a practicing RD at Sanctum Med + Wellness, located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
With specializations in hormone health, sustainable weight loss nutrition, and pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, Emily is committed to supporting her patients in Texas to promote optimal health through informed and empowered dietary choices. She’s provided nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy to individuals grappling with various health conditions, including hyperlipidemia, diabetes, congestive heart failure, and hypertension.
Emily’s favorite dish is truffle pasta, and says yes—protein at every meal is *key*. In her spare time, she loves to meditate and explore the Dallas dining scene. She is a regular contributor to the Culina Health Instagram page—so keep an eye out for her mouthwatering, nutrient-packed recipes!
