I decided to become a Registered Dietitian after watching my dad navigate multiple health challenges, including head and neck cancer, a heart attack, and diabetes. Through that experience, I witnessed firsthand how combining the best of both western medicine and evidence-based nutrition could dramatically improve health outcomes. Seeing my dad gradually reduce his medication doses and eventually wean off them altogether was incredibly inspiring. That journey fueled my passion for helping others take charge of their own health through long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. In my work, I’m dedicated to empowering individuals with practical, personalized nutrition strategies that support lasting well-being.
Go-to morning beverage: Home made Chai
Favorite thing to purchase at the Farmer’s Market or grocery store: Bourbon Salmon
Fave nutrient-packed snack: Edamame Beans
Grocery shopping tip: With the help of AI I will list meals I want for the week. I will let ChatGPT know what store I am planning on shopping at and most of the time it has majority of the items listed in that specific store. This saves me so much time at the grocery store. It’s a quick in and out!
A habit you swear by: Meal planning at the start of the week. It helps me stay intentional with food choices, reduces stress during busy days, and ensures I always have balanced options available.
