About Christina

Christina is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals through evidence-based, sustainable nutrition recommendations. Growing up, she had a complex relationship with food and body. This led her to improve her understanding of how food and emotions were interrelated. Additionally, her background in sports sparked a lifelong curiosity about performance nutrition and understanding how to use food as fuel. In her work, Christina is passionate about helping patients understand the “why” behind their food habits, and loves seeing the big impact even small changes can make.
