About Melissa

Melissa has worked in the food and nutrition field for over 16yrs. In that time she has worked with many different populations. She is known for being a safe space for her patients, allowing them to let go of any food shame and begin to own their own goals for their health. In 2015 she returned to school for a Master’s degree in communication with the goal to create nutrition content to bring clarity and food peace to the masses. She is also a food, health, and nutrition writer.
