About Ann-Brooks

Ann-Brooks’ journey into nutrition started during her teenage years when a dietitian helped her tackle GI-related health concerns. This dietitian became her nutrition superhero, giving Ann-Brooks the knowledge and guidance to heal her gut and form a better relationship with food. It was this “aha” moment that led her to a career in dietetics. Ann-Brooks is driven by the desire to help others conquer their food-related
challenges and live their healthiest lives. Before joining the Culina Health team, Ann Brooks worked as an inpatient dietitian at Northside Hospital.

Ann-Brooks takes a patient-centered and all-foods-fit approach to nutrition counseling. She believes in empowering her patients through accountability, encouragement, and practical goal-setting.

In her spare time, Ann-Brooks enjoys strolling her neighborhood with her daughter and dog, Wren. She also loves whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying meals at her favorite local spots, and spending time with family and friends.
