About Ann

Ann’s journey into nutrition started during her teenage years when a dietitian helped her tackle GI-related health concerns. This dietitian became her nutrition superhero, giving Ann the knowledge and guidance to heal her gut and form a better relationship with food. It was this “aha” moment that led her to a career in dietetics. Ann is driven by the desire to help others conquer their food-related challenges and live their healthiest lives. Before joining the Culina Health team, Ann worked as an inpatient dietitian at Northside Hospital.
