About Hannah
Growing up in a family of healthcare professionals, I was always curious about the powerful role food plays in the body, and that curiosity led me to become a Registered Dietitian. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across all stages of life and health journeys, whether navigating picky eating, managing diabetes, or building sustainable weight management skills. My heart fills when I get to assist patients looking in the lense of food freedom, embracing a Health at Every Size approach, and helping patients cut through the noise of nutrition misinformation.
