Get to Know Jessica
Favorite thing to purchase at the Farmer’s Market or Grocery Store: My son has an obsession with apples. I can’t seem to keep up with his apple consumption, so it is a must on every shopping excursion.
Grocery shopping tip: Make sure to make a list and stick to it. Most of all, don’t go hungry!
Go-to morning beverage: Cold brew with pistachio milk (all year long even in the midst of a New England winter)
Nutrition philosophy in a nutshell: 1) The foods that you eat are the instructions you are giving your body for it to perform. Fuel your body with the foods that will allow you to be your best self. 2) You can change your health trajectory starting with making one healthy choice. You have that power and the opportunity infinite times in your day. 3) Forget food regret and let go of food guilt. Free yourself from negative food feelings.
