Paul’s self-described small frame was a serious source of insecurity throughout childhood. He started lifting weights in high school and found that it immediately boosted his confidence. It didn’t take long for him to realize that a healthy diet could boost exercise performance and results. Paul started doing his own research and instantly fell in love with nutrition science, which led him to pursue a bachelor’s and then a master’s degree in nutrition.
Flexible, empathetic, understanding. Paul is a firm believer that there’s no such thing as a “one size fits all” nutrition plan. Whether it’s counting macros or taking a less numbers-focused approach, Paul works with his patients to determine the best (and most sustainable) way for them to achieve and maintain their goals.
In his spare time, you can either find Paul powerlifting at the gym or listening to and playing music. He loves discovering new artists and enjoys almost every genre under the sun. He has played the electric guitar since the age of 10 and describes jamming out as his favorite way to decompress and destress.
