How did you get into nutrition?

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?

How would you describe your counseling style?

My small frame was a serious source of insecurity for me throughout childhood. I started lifting weights in high school and found that it immediately boosted my confidence, on both a physical and mental level. It didn’t take long for me to realize that a healthy diet could boost exercise performance and results. I started doing my own research and instantly fell in love with nutrition science.

Listening to and playing music! I love discovering new artists and listening to every genre under the sun. I’ve played the electric guitar since I was 10 years old. For me, jamming out is the best way to decompress and destress. When I’m not working, you can also find me working out - I’m a gym rat who loves to bodybuild and powerlift.

Flexible and understanding. Everybody has different needs and concerns and I’m a firm believer that there’s no such thing as a “one size fits all” nutrition plan.

An authentic Sicilian charcuterie board. All of the items were made or grown on a vineyard on the side of Mount Etna in Italy. I still dream about those tomatoes, olives, cheese, and wine.
