Favorite nutrient-packed snack: Apple with peanut butter

What’s one small thing someone can do today to work toward a balanced eating pattern/lifestyle?: Helping people rediscover the pleasure of eating by introducing a diverse range of foods into their diet and reducing negative self-perceptions linked to food, weight and body image.

Nutrition philosophy in a nutshell: My nutrition philosophy is based on a non-diet, all foods fit, HAES (Health at Every Size) approach. I use evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach to help patients meet their goals. I value collaboration and acknowledge that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to nutrition care, which leads to creating individualized plans that align with a client’s lifestyle, preferences and goals. I believe that everyone deserves to enjoy all kinds of foods without any guilt or shame.
