About Hilary

Hilary grew up cooking with her mom, aunts, and grandmother and has always had a strong passion for trying new foods and cooking to nourish others. Eventually, she found herself more interested in how food actually impacts the body, rather than just how it tastes. This natural progression is how she found a passion in the field of nutrition. She loves the ever-changing nature of the nutrition world, and teaching others how to navigate it. Before joining the Culina team, Hilary worked as a registered dietitian and certified health and wellness coach for a Pennsylvania-based health insurance company. She also worked in private practice coaching baby-led weaning and toddler mealtime with picky eaters.
