I decided to become a dietitian because it is a career where my love for both science and food are combined. I am passionate about helping people navigate eating and food environments by breaking down the science to support their habit changes. Most of my previous experience is in the outpatient setting, but I have also worked as an inpatient dietitian as well.
Go-to morning beverage: Iced coffee with a plant-based milk.
Favorite thing to purchase at the Farmer’s Market or grocery store: Fresh fruit that is in season.
Fave nutrient-packed snack: A snack plate with cheese, fruit, and nuts.
Grocery shopping tip: Do not go grocery shopping while hungry!
A habit you swear by: Journaling, even if it is for a couple minutes each day.
