About Jasmine
California-based registered dietitian Jasmine El Nabli discovered her passion for nutrition during her own health and wellness journey.
Before joining the team at Culina Health, Jasmine worked in both clinical inpatient and outpatient settings at St. Jude Medical Center, and led lifestyle change programs as Health and Wellness Director at Parentis Health in Laguna Hills, California. She has a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University and completed her dietetic internships at Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and Eisenhower Medical Center.
As a dietitian focused on arming her patients with the right tools and education to eat in a way that supports their physical and mental health, Jasmine is passionate about showing Californians how to implement small changes in their daily lives that lead to sustainable and lifelong healthy habits.

A habit you swear by: I swear by the habit of eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day. This effective strategy helps to manage energy levels, hunger and overall metabolic health while supporting physical activity goals.
Nutrition philosophy in a nutshell: I believe that healthy eating does not have to be complicated but is all about having the right knowledge, guidance and tools in your toolbox. Through the combination of a whole-body approach and scientific research, I show patients how to implement small changes in their daily lives that in turn lead to sustainable and lifelong healthy habits.
