About Jasmine

Jasmine discovered her passion for nutrition through an empowering personal health and wellness journey. She is inspired by working one-on-one with her patients and making a positive impact on their overall health.

Jasmine believes that healthy eating does not have to be complicated, but is all about having the right knowledge, guidance, and tools in your toolbox. Through the combination of a whole-body approach and scientific research, she shows patients how to implement small changes in their daily lives that in turn lead to sustainable and lifelong healthy habits.

Before joining the team at Culina Health, Jasmine worked in both clinical inpatient and outpatient settings at St. Jude Medical Center, and led lifestyle change programs as Health and Wellness Director at Parentis Health.
