Jessica’s interest in nutrition began during her intense training for a full Ironman. She began to correlate how easily her food choices before, during and after exercise played a role in her overall being.
After dedicating many years to fitness training, Jessica decided to head back to school to pursue a career in nutrition. After having children herself, her passion for realistic and long term attainable goals has thrived. Modeling healthy choices both nutritionally and mentally is at the forefront of her life.
Just before joining the team at Culina Health, Jessica was a clinical dietitian caring for pediatric and pregnant patients.
