I became a dietitian because I truly love food and believe that healthy eating fuels the mind, body, and spirit. I love to help patients find ways to incorporate healthy habits into their day-to-day and appreciate small changes. I’ve worked in home health, long term care and counseling which has given me great experience with counseling patients across the lifespan.
