Nia’s love of nutrition began when she started to untangle her relationship to food and her body. After some time, what started as a focus on body image came to be a love of health and satiation. Nia now prioritizes a mindful approach to nutrition and wellness. Before joining Culina Health, Nia worked as a diabetes and gastroenterology dietitian at outpatient physician offices. She has worked with both pediatric and adult populations.
