I became a dietitian due to my background as an athlete all my life, realizing the power of nutrition to fuel human performance. As a clinician-scientist, I practice with evidence-based strategies and provide care aligned with the latest research and knowledge in the field of nutrition. I use a gentle, patient-centered approach to nutrition care, acknowledging the many tools my patients have to achieve their goals and to stay well. My background in exercise and nutrition couple nicely to empower patients to realize their opportunities for improving their overall well-being. I am known for my knowledge and warmth as an RD. I specialize in nutrition for people living with and beyond cancer, people experiencing acute and chronic gastrointestinal symptoms, gentle weight management, and sport and human performance nutrition.

Nutrition philosophy in a nutshell: I always share that food is just one tool in our toolbox to achieve a lifestyle rich in wellness. We can also incorporate movement, mindfulness, sleep, stress management, and relationship building as ways to enrich our overall wellness.
