Our Diverse Community
Studies show that racial and ethnic minorities receive inferior care from healthcare providers compared to white people — even when their insurance status, income, age, and health conditions are the same. Research also shows that every 10% increase in Black provider representation can extend Black people’s lives by nearly 31 days.
At Culina Health, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. That’s why we’ve built a team of registered dietitians that mirrors the diversity of our patient population. By providing inclusive, culturally affirming care to patients of all identities and backgrounds, we can improve their quality of life, eliminate healthcare disparities, and reduce the total cost of care.
14 languages spoken: We offer multilingual support in all specialties because we believe in representing our patients in every way. Languages spoken include: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Greek, Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Telugu, Bengali, Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Hebrew

Exceptional Patient Outcomes
The Culina Health Method™ integrates evidence-based clinical nutrition protocols to help patients achieve health outcomes that consistently exceed current industry standards for nutrition care.
Our registered dietitians take a collaborative, empathetic approach to provide personalized, culturally affirming care to diverse patient populations. As a result, our patients learn how to maintain weight loss and effectively manage and prevent chronic diseases.

Reversing Pre-Diabetes Case Study
We completed a pre-diabetes study with 39 patients and saw extraordinary outcomes. By preventing disease progression, we help people improve their health and significantly reduce their total cost of care.

Increasing Access to Care and Expanding Our Reach
We’ve partnered with 600+ physicians across 200+ practices nationwide to increase access to insurance-covered nutrition care, making it easier for patients to connect with a registered dietitian. Our partnership approach focuses on coordinating care, sharing nutrition knowledge, and offering flexible and easy-to-schedule telehealth sessions.
