We get it… Life is busy! But…

When a patient no shows, late reschedules, or late cancels with less than or equal to 24 hours' notice, we miss the opportunity to provide care to other patients and compensate our registered dietitians for their time.

Given we know it’s easy to forget an appointment, we will send you reminders via email and text before your session. This allows you to reschedule or cancel before the 24-hour mark.

Of note, not confirming a session does not constitute as cancelling your appointment. You must cancel your appointment before the 24-hour mark to avoid being charged.

No Shows:
  • A session is considered a no-show when you do not enter the session within 15 minutes of the start time. 
  • Please be sure you are in a quiet, private setting for your session. For safety and privacy reasons, your RD will not be able to see you if you are driving, in another appointment or meeting, or in a social setting. This will qualify as a late cancellation.
  • Your RD will not be able to continue with your session if you are unable to stay for the entire length of the session. This will qualify as a late cancellation. Please reschedule before the 24 hour mark if you know you have a time conflict. 

For Patients Paying with Insurance:
If you late cancel, late reschedule, or no-show, your card on file will be automatically charged a fee of $50.

For Membership Patients:
If you late cancel, late reschedule, or no-show, you will forfeit the session and not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. 

For Group Sessions:
If you are not able to attend a session, you will forfeit the session and not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. You will still have access to all materials provided by the Lead Registered Dietitian.
