Meri Raffetto’s love of food started early, cooking with her Italian mom and grandma and gardening with her dad. After seeing her father face heart health challenges, she was inspired to study nutrition and help others through food. Before Culina Health, she worked in recipe development, ran her own nutrition practice, and supported patients in hospital outpatient care. She’s the author of several books including the Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Dummies.
