Primary care physicians
We work with primary care physicians to provide tailored nutrition care based on the physician’s findings and the patient’s lifestyle and circumstances. We help patients with general healthy eating, pre-diabetes and metabolic syndrome, eating disorders, weight loss, dyslipidemia, malnutrition, and weight gain.
Gastroenterologists
Our GI registered dietitians support patients with a range of GI conditions, including IBS, celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance and other food intolerances, GERD, SIBO, gastroparesis, NAFLD, and malnutrition. Through regular sessions, GI patients experience improvement in their digestive health issues and quality of life.
Cardiologists
We guide patients to make heart-healthy food choices that manage risk factors associated with heart disease such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, and obesity. Our comprehensive approach complements medical treatments and promotes long-term well-being. Our services are particularly valuable for patients with conditions like hypertension or hyperlipidemia, and those aiming to prevent cardiovascular issues.
Weight Loss Specialists
We provide intensive lifestyle interventions for sustainable weight loss for patients on and off weight loss medication (including GLP-1 agonists), bariatric nutrition, and weight loss for patients with complex endocrine conditions, including PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
Endocrinologists and Reproductive Endocrinologists
Our RDs and certified diabetes care and education specialists (CDCES) work with endocrinologists to help patients manage type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes with nutrition and lifestyle interventions. Our team provides diabetes education, intensive nutrition education, weight management education and motivational interviewing, and remote patient monitoring (RPM) for devices (scale, BG meter, BP monitor, ketone meter, CGM, etc.).
Obstetrician-gynecologists
We support a variety of reproductive health needs including fertility, managing hormonal balance, and ensuring a healthy pregnancy. We provide nutrition guidance to patients who are pregnant or trying to conceive on preconception nutrition, fertility optimization, and prenatal care, and provide nutrition support through complications like hyperemesis gravidarum, gestational diabetes, and preeclampsia.

Do you take insurance?
Yes! We're in network with most major health insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. Review our comprehensive list of accepted insurance plans.
How long does it take for patients to get into care?
Most patients schedule a session within 7-10 days of our first point of contact. Patients can see a dietitian as early as 1-2 days from the time of booking. Telehealth appointments are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate a variety of schedules.
Do you coordinate care?
Yes! We share clinical care notes regularly, so our medical partners always know what's happening with their patient's nutrition counseling. Our registered dietitians are also available for real-time coordinated care and consultation as needed.
How often do your dietitians meet with a patient?
After their initial introductory session, most patients will schedule sessions weekly or bi-weekly. Our dietitians are also able to administer quick check-ins between sessions using the messaging feature on our HIPAA compliant app.
What is the best way to refer a patient?
Fill out our referral form here or share our sign-up link with your patient. Your patient will have the opportunity to identify you as the referring physician when they sign up.
What health concerns and conditions do you treat?
We specialize in Sustainable Weight Loss Nutrition, Gastrointestinal and Digestive Health, Heart and Cardiovascular Health, Diabetes and Prediabetes, Hormone Health, General Healthy Eating and Wellness, among other areas of expertise. Because all our registered dietitians have experience working in hospital settings, we are uniquely prepared to support patients with chronic diseases and presenting with comorbidities and complex health conditions.
What our patients say
I wanted to lose weight, but more importantly, I wanted to figure out what works for me to maintain it. About 9 months after working with my dietitian, I am 25 pounds lighter and have kept it off for about 4 months - a really impressive achievement for me! I am also more active and don't feel like I am dieting or "watching what I eat" - this is just my lifestyle. I've most valued having my RD as a partner in my health.
Marina L.
My dietitian helped me figure out things like eating intentions when traveling, pre-workout meals, how to address high cholesterol, and determining a supplement routine, among other things. The one quality I most appreciate is her encouragement, reminders to give myself grace when facing challenges, and celebrating successes even when small. I feel much happier and healthier.
Kevyn D.
When I first met my dietitian, I was struggling to keep my sugar levels in check and making bad decisions despite my best intentions. Yes, she was able to create a program that matched my goals but, more importantly, she was able to integrate good nutrition into my existing lifestyle rather than changing it completely. Working with my dietitian has truly changed my attitude toward nutrition.
