How did you get into nutrition? 

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?

How would you describe your counseling style? 

What I thought was an interest in nutrition as a teenager turned out to be more of interest in diet culture. Later, when I actually studied the science of nutrition, my interest transformed into a passion that led me to pursue a career in dietetics. There is so much misinformation out there about how to be healthy (spoiler alert: this looks different for everyone!). I love educating patients to clear up the confusion and help them feel their best.

When I’m not working, you can find me traveling, exploring New York City’s restaurant scene, hanging out with my dog, cooking, and doing puzzles.

Diabetes management, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, general nutrition

Supportive, empathetic, and open. I don't believe that people need to eliminate their favorite foods to meet their health goals. I aim to meet patients where they are and develop an individualized approach that works for them. My ultimate goal is to make nutrition approachable for everyone.
