How did you get into nutrition? 

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?

How would you describe your counseling style? 

It wasn’t until I was a competitive athlete that I really started to consider and appreciate the nutritional value of food. I first dove into learning about how to nourish my body specifically for performance. Over time, my interest in nutrition evolved beyond the soccer field and gymnastics mat as I found food freedom and a love for cooking nourishing meals that support health and longevity. 

I love exploring cool coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and markets. I’m also all about the outdoors. Hiking and spending time at the beach (I’m based in California!) with friends or family are my favorite ways to spend a sunny day off. 

Flexible – my counseling style shifts depending on one’s needs. I focus on providing education and taking time to get to know and understand every client. We are all human and change is hard. My goal is for clients to feel comfortable and safe during every session.

I previously worked in various clinical settings including Keck USC, Cedar Sinai, and Swedish Medical Center as a clinical dietitian treating patients with diverse health conditions and specializing in organ transplant and donation.
