MS, RDN
Alexandra was getting serious SOS signals from her body. When it dawned on her that food was the missing piece of the puzzle in helping her improve her health, she decided to see a registered dietitian nutritionist. After her experience, she realized she wanted to make a career out of helping others similarly and pursued her Master’s in nutrition and the registered dietitian nutritionist credential. Before joining the team at Culina Health, Alexandra was an inpatient dietitian at Bellevue Hospital, where she worked in general medicine, GI disorders, diabetes, and nutrition and mental health.
Collaborative, empathetic, and nurturing. Alexandra believes collaboration and trust are key. She creates a safe space for her patients to dive deep into their health and nutrition history, and provides empathetic guidance on how to make lifelong changes.
In Alexandra’s spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and puppy, Salchi, drawing, pottery, hiking, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
