About Christina

I grew up as a competitive swimmer in a Greek family that cherished cooking and sharing meals. My passion for nutrition was sparked in college as a Division 1 swimmer, where I became fascinated with the science behind fueling my performance. This inspired me to become a dietitian, gaining extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy, particularly in cardiovascular health.

I love helping people realize they can still enjoy their favorite foods while working toward their health goals. The nutrition space can feel overwhelming to navigate, and I am here to guide patients to sustainable changes and lasting success.

A mindful eating moment I had recently: “I feel good about stopping now that I’m comfortably full and satisfied with my meal. I can always have more later if I’m hungry again.”

A habit you swear by: Making my bed every single morning.

What’s your nutrition superpower? My nutrition superpower is empowering people to uncover their inner motivation and make small, sustainable lifestyle changes that help them thrive and achieve their nutrition goals.

Nutrition philosophy in a nutshell: My nutrition philosophy is centered on making small, sustainable changes, knowing that no one is perfect. By investing in your health daily, you can achieve lasting success—and I’ll be here to guide and cheer you on every step of the way!

Nutrition myth or trend you find particularly annoying and would like to set the record straight: “Carbs are bad for you” Carbohydrates are your body’s primary source of energy and fuel. Just like a car needs gas to run, your body needs carbs to keep going strong.
