When Elizabeth was a teenager, she enjoyed learning about nutrition but eventually began restricting her diet in an unhealthy way. She met with a dietitian who gave her some tough love and opened her eyes to her disordered eating. Once she healed her relationship with food, she wanted to help others do the same and decided to pursue a career in nutrition counseling.
