Gabriella’s interest in nutrition started at a young age while working with her grandmother in her garden and kitchen. Since then, Gabriella has worked in medical research focused on modifiable risk factors associated with chronic disease. Through this work and her personal experiences, she has developed a passion for evidence-based nutrition and helping others lead more healthful lives.
