Despite graduating with a degree in business and working for an online retail company, Julia always found herself reading nutrition articles and blogs on the side. An interest quickly developed into a passion for nutrition, cooking, exercise, and overall wellness. It didn’t take long before Julia returned to school to pursue a career as a registered dietitian nutritionist. Before joining the Culina Health team, Julia worked as an outpatient dietitian specializing in Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating.
Flexible, compassionate, and collaborative. Julia’s approach to nutrition counseling is unique to each individual. She uses science-backed information to educate her patients to improve their relationship with food and their body. Julia is compassionate but direct, and aims to empower her patients to make changes to help them feel their best.
In her spare time, Julia enjoys staying active with long walks outside and pilates class, enjoying Mediterranean food (especially Greek!), trying new restaurants with family and friends, or watching a RomCom.
