What’s one small thing someone can do today to work toward a balanced eating pattern/lifestyle? Instead of focusing on what to eliminate in your diet, focus on something to add. Try to have a fruit or vegetable incorporated at each meal for a little more nutrients and fiber to help keep you full throughout the day.
A habit you swear by: Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. I always carry a water bottle around with me to track my fluid intake.
