About Natalie

I became a dietitian after experiencing firsthand the transformative power of nutritious food in alleviating my health issues, like hives. However, this journey also led me through the pitfalls of orthorexic tendencies, sparking a deep understanding of the complexities of food relationships. Now, driven by my own experiences, I’m dedicated to guiding others towards a balanced and healthy relationship with food as a dietitian.

What’s one small thing someone can do today to work toward a balanced eating pattern/lifestyle? Incorporating a fruit and/or vegetable into every meal! This will automatically increase your fiber intake as well incorporate more natural vitamin and minerals!

A habit you swear by: Prepping breakfast, mornings are so busy, so having something like oatmeal, chia pudding, frozen burritos, or hard-boiled eggs makes getting a nutrition in first thing in the morning so much easier!

Nutrition philosophy in a nutshell: All foods fit! There is a benefit to all food, whether it is for the body or for the soul. Working on demoralizing food, to being to have a healthy relationship with food.
