Sophie grew up in a suburb of London where home-cooked meals and family dinners were everything. Her love of food led her to study nutrition in college and begin a food-quality career. After working with various food brands, she decided to pursue a more care-oriented career and set her sights on obtaining a Master’s in nutrition and becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist. When Sophie had her first child in 2020, she experienced firsthand how challenging it is to maintain a balanced lifestyle alongside the demands of home life and work. She’s more passionate than ever about helping families find simple ways to lead healthy lives that don’t zap all of their time and energy!
