About Tamar
Tamar's unique approach to nutrition care integrates lifestyle medicine, and behavioral modification pulled from her clinical nutrition, psychology, and coaching science training. As a Registered Dietitian, she has helped countless people transform their relationship with food to overcome various health conditions to improve their lives. As the co-founder of Culina Health and a woman of color, she's passionate about making personalized and sustainable nutrition care accessible to everyone.
Tamar earned her Master's in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She completed her clinical training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She has been recognized as one of the top holistic dietitians in New York City by Well + Good. She has been featured in The Huffington Post, Prevention, PopSugar, Women's Health, Shape, Insider, and The Tamron Hall Show.
