About Carmen

Carmen views food as one of the most important aspects of daily life. After making her own personal lifestyle changes, she was motivated to help others and decided to pursue a career in nutrition. She received her Master’s in Nutrition Leadership with the goal to effectively lead patients to a healthier lifestyle. She has provided nutrition care in various settings, including long-term and acute care facilities, in home-health, and recreation centers. Carmen believes that all foods fit, and she helps clients nourish their souls while honoring their cultural foods.
