About Rachel

Rachel was born and raised in New York City, where health trends come and go in a New York minute. Personal struggles with food, body image, and a natural curiosity about health and wellness led her to dig more into the science behind nutrition. The more she learned, the more she developed an appetite for evidence-based nutrition, which eventually led her to pursue a Master’s degree in nutrition and the registered dietitian nutritionist credential.
