Steven likes works to educate and empower individuals to make informed choices about their dietary habits. He is adept at translating complex nutrition information into practical and actionable advice, making it easier for clients to adopt and maintain healthy eating habits. Stevens is passionate about diabetes management, weight management, gut health, and heart health.

Steven is an adventurous foodie. He grew up in his family’s restaurant in Macau, where he started cooking at a young age. Steven used to go to Farmer’s market on the weekends with his mother and still enjoys a Sunday at the market. He also enjoys learning about and cooking different cuisines with his friends. When he’s not cooking, Steven enjoys skiing, swimming, and checking out new restaurants.
