About Ruth

Ruth became a registered dietitian because of her desire to help individuals transform their health and wellness through lifestyle change. She is passionate about providing evidenced-based care to help clients feel confident in their food choices to reach their goals. Prior to joining Culina Health, Ruth was an active-duty Army Dietitian working with the military community. She has a diverse background working in critical care, inpatient hospitals, home health care and outpatient rehabilitation.
