How has your cultural culinary heritage shaped your approach to nutrition, and do you incorporate any traditional practices into your counseling? I look for traditional recipes from my cultural background. These recipes often use locally available and seasonal ingredients, providing a connection to the environment and promoting variety in my diet. Traditional diets often emphasize whole, minimally processed foods. I try to incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats into my meals.
