About Melissa

I decided to become a Registered Dietitian after struggling with gastrointestinal issues as a teenager. After seeing an RD, I became very interested in how I could use food and lifestyle to be the healthiest version of myself. I enjoy learning about people and helping them gain knowledge to feel the best they can. Previously, I have worked in long-term care and am a former elementary school teacher.
